The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were outstanding. From the exclusive in, room breakfast to the amazing restaurant that served delicious and high, quality food, our stay was truly memorable. the sun terrace offers a fantastic view of the city, and the bar area is perfect for relaxing with a drink.
One minor issue we experienced was the check, in timing. We wish the hotel could have accommodated us with a slightly earlier check, in time than 3pm.

They were attentive and were really nice too ensure we had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main areas of Tokyo. The room, although small, was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shinjuku station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is attentive and treated us like VIPs throughout our stay. The room layout was well-planned, with spacious beds and a separate bathroom suite. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the amenities provided, such as the gym and restaurant, were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
I wish the staff had name tags so that we could address them properly and personally express our gratitude.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff treated us like VIPs, always attentive and considerate. The hotel facilities were great, including a cafe, restaurant, and gym. Everything was everything was super clean, from the rooms to the bathroom suites. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Shinjuku station. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast and free gourmet coffee that were included.
